The intervention (I) are the cuidados of enfermery, that it includes the monitorization of the intracranial pressure. The comparation (C) doesn’t exist in the question of investigation. The results or study variables (O) are the quick efficient performance to control parameters of high intracranial pressure in Urgencies and emergencies, with the goal to reduce by pharmacological measures and not pharmacological.
Methodology. Strategy of search: The metodologic design is a narrative review. It has done bibliografic searchs with the goal to achieve the highest available evidence about the matter and reduce biases, in diferrent data bases of Health Science and repositories of PubMed, Dialnet, and Scielo between 2012 and 2022.
